    I’m not a foodie. I’m not a guy who writes reviews. But holy freaking crap, this sauce is delicious. The best compliment I can give is that I added it to my beloved Kraft Mac & Cheese, and now I don’t want to eat it any other way. I have ordered thai food from my favorite place to go, so that I can bring it home and add Chairman Sauce to it. I have added it to popcorn. It’s the kind of sauce that gives you ideas. You will love it.

    I like it hot and the chairman just lit me up. I have never tasted a hot sauce that was so savory and delicious, that I wanted to eat it with a spoon. I also enjoy it daily on my eggs with avocado, atop my sister in laws delicious crab cakes with white wine, and even mixed it in with my popcorn on movie night. Just make sure not to rub your eyes. 😉 Since I tried it, I bought tons of it. You know when you find a good thing and you want to share it with friends. It’s fun to see their faces light up, too.

    I’m addicted to this stuff. I add a spoon to almost everything I make. Broccoli, eggs, chicken, braised greens, cole slaw, vinaigrette, I have yet to run into a situation where the Chairman’s hunan heat DOESN’T add a really nice depth of flavor and heat in the back of the throat. It’s truly an incredible sauce.

    This is a serious kick in the tastebuds and I’m not sure how I lived without it. In fact, I actually wondering if there’s something addictive in it because since opening my first jar, I want to put it on everything! Chicken, fish, vegetables, eggs–all taste new and more exciting with Hunan Heat. And the beans. THE BEANS! They’re tasty little bits of magic. Move over Sriracha, there’s a new kid in town.

    Insanely delicious and really unique condiment. Brings out the flavors of Asian cuisines, but the big surprise is what it does to more standard American fare. It’s magical on a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Actually pairs well with the richness of eggs and cheese in all sorts of ways. I’m a major cook and a foodie, and I’m at the point where I have to keep a jar at home and one in my office to “spike” takeout and conference room foods. And agree with Erica Green…the beans are the shizz.

    Just about to finish three jars of this stuff in about 2 weeks- it’s a huge hit among my roommates, friends, girlfriend, and family. As a young bachelor/college student climbing the ladder of learning how to cook, this stuff will make anything I make taste great. This stuff is like the Golden State Warriors of sauces. Much love to the Chairman.

    Warning: this is the most addictive hot sauce…I’m literally having withdrawal symptoms without it!! I love it in soups and curry and pretty much on anything from breakfast to dinner! I feel like a dealer when I give them to friends…I get them hooked too! This could possibly be the next spice revolution since Sriracha

    Hunan Heat sauce goes well with pretty much everything. I love it on eggs, avocado, steamed veggies, creamy pasta and rice. I am totally addicted. If you like a little kick in your dish, Hunan Heat will change your life.

    He’s not The Chairman. He’s The Crackman. Hunan Heat Sauce is so friggin’ addictive, you’ll seriously find yourself wanting to put it on everything. USER TIP: Buy several jars at once. Trust me, you will have a panic attack when that first jar quickly goes empty.

    I’m a self professed lover of hot sauce. In fact, on my last birthday I was treated to a surprise gift of 20+ hot sauces from around the world thoughtfully paired with a pack of Rolaids. After trying all of them, I have to say none of them came close to the level of flavorful, perfection found in the Chairman’s recipe. It pairs well with almost everything, which is great because I literally put it on everything I eat. Well done Chairman!

    This stuff is amazing. The perfect combination of heat, tangy and salt. I put it on everything and use it to cook, taking place of other, less interesting sources of heat. So freaking delicious.

    I can’t describe what it is about this sauce that has me so addicted. It could be the smell, the burn, the tang. I’ve only ever tried it on crackers, and I can’t wait to eat it with everything else!
